The invention discloses a system for arranging piles to fix a riverbed main stream, which can dredge flood, prevent rivers from swinging, enable channel main stream not to scour both sides of the river channel, prevent scouring and caving the river bank, and relive or even relieve flood prevention pressure to the both sides of the river channel. A row of upstream fixing piles is arranged on the upstream of the direction reach needing governance, and a row of downstream fixing piles is arranged on the downstream of the river reach; and a determined quantity of turbulence piles are arranged on the river channel according to determined row distance and line distance.
