The aluminum alloy plate for a battery case includes Si of 0.10-0.60 wt%, Fe of 0.05-0.60 wt%, Cu 0.70-1.0 wt%, Mn of 0.10-1.80 wt%, Mg of 0.70-1.50(including 1.50) wt%, Zr of 0.10-0.20 wt%, Ti of 0.03-0.25 wt%, Al and residue of essential impurities. The aluminum alloy plate for a battery case is produced as aluminum alloy plate having the aforementioned chemical composition and processed for aging after molding.
