Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a water-soluble silicone-modified polyester resin composition and a preparation method thereof. Due to introducing trimellitic anhydride, pyromellitic dianhydride, 3,3',4,4'-diphenylmethanone tetracarboxylic dianhydride or 3,3',4,4'-biphenyl tetracarboxylic diandhydride into the resin, film hardness, heat resistance, and solvent resistance of the silicone-modified polyester resin can be improved, and thus the silicone-modified polyester resin can be used in heat-resistant coatings or decorative coatings, especially adhesives non-sticking to coatings.
