Adjustable centering device between pinch roll and silking machine

The invention discloses an adjustable centering detection device between a pinch roll and a silking machine. The device comprises a stationary center arranged at the outlet end of a bent pipe at the outlet of the pinch roll and an adjustable center at the inlet end of the jet tube of the silking machine, wherein the inner cavity of the stationary center and the inner cavity of the bent pipe at the outlet of the pinch roll are positioned on a same axis; the adjustable center is arranged on the jet tube of the silking machine; and the inner cavity of the adjustable center and the inner cavity of the jet tube of the silking machine are positioned on a same axis. The adjustable centering device can be used for reducing or preventing the surface scratches brought by a bent region between the intelligent pinch roll and the silking machine, and the surface quality of a steel wire material is improved.
