The propolis-lycopene composition comprises: by weight, 2 to 6 parts of propolis, 0.8 to 7.5 parts of a lycopene raw material, 0.07 to 2.2 parts of vitamin E, and 0.075 to 0.5 parts of a selenium nutrient. The invention also relates to a propolis-lycopene composition preparation and especially relates to a propolis-lycopene composition soft capsule and a preparation method thereof. The propolis-lycopene composition is prepared from natural raw materials and has a scientific formula and controllable quality. The propolis-lycopene composition soft capsule has good stability and good disintegration effects.
