Plate-making and cutting method for suit collar

The invention relates to a plate-making and cutting method for a suit collar. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) cutting sample sheets of a turn-down collar and a small under collar according to a suit neckline sample sheet; (2) cutting 3-6 cuts on the side of a reversely-folding line of the small under collar, wherein depths of the cuts are 15-16 mm; (3) drawing the reversely-folding line of the small under collar, so that 3.5-4.5 mm is reserved on the side of the reversely-folding line of the small under collar; (4) preparing a small under collar sample sheet according to the pulled small under collar sample sheet; and (5) placing sample sheet on a fabric for cutting, and sewing the cut fabric.
