Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the technical field of biological engineering preparation and relates to a method for preparing high-concentration bacillus cereus solid-state probiotics through liquid fermentation and solid fermentation. The method comprises the following steps of: carrying out liquid fermentation on bacillus cereus to a logarithmic phase and mixing in match with a solid fermentation medium with the same weight to realize the inoculation of a large dose of bacteria liquid; and then carrying out solid fermentation again to prepare a high-concentration thallus preparation. The method for preparing the probiotics through liquid and solid double fermentation has the advantages of simple preparation process, easiness in control, uneasiness in bacteria infection, high strain concentration, low post-processing cost and friendly production environment.
