Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a threaded hole and a thread welding repair process. The threaded hole comprises an inner hole. An annular protrusion is disposed on the outer surface of the upper end of the inner hole. The other end of the inner hole is sealed. The thread welding repair process includes: counterboring; processing surface; punching the annular protrusion at the edge of counterbored hole 50mm in diameter; preheating; welding; hammering each weld joint after welding so as to clear away interlayered slag inclusion and release welding stress as much as possible; grinding; checking; boring; and tapping. The threaded hole and the thread welding repair process which are fine in quality, reasonable in process and highly practical are provided to overcome defects in the prior art.
