Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a peptide, use of the peptide, method for production of the peptide, a solid phase having the peptide immobilized thereon, and method for production of the solid phase. The peptide contains a single-chain antibody (scFv) which has a heavy-chain variable region and light-chain variable region connected via a linker peptide, a multivalent single-chain antibody (sc(Fv)n), or a single-chain antibody fused with a constant region (scFv-Fc). The peptide has an amino acid sequence expressing a specific adsorption function to a solid phase between the linker peptide and the variable region or within the linker peptide.
