Producing method and producing device of poly urethane (PU) foamed toy ball capable of touch-reading sounding through optical identification (OID)

The invention relates to a producing method and a producing device of a PU foamed toy ball capable of touch-reading sounding through OID. The producing method includes printing colorful texts free of carbon printing ink and OID codes on a transfer printing film arranged on a plane, placing the transfer printing film into a mold after initial denaturation, adding mixed PU foaming materials into the mold, and stripping a base material layer and a stripping layer of the transfer printing film after molding to obtain the highly elastic PU foamed toy ball. Colorful texts and OID two-dimensional bar codes are printed on the toy ball, touch-reading sounding can be achieved through an ordinary OID talking pen, and various features of foamed toys are further provided.
