The method comprises the following steps of picking Chinese little greens, selecting, pre-cooling the selected Chinese little greens to a temperature of 2 to 4 DEG C in a vacuum pre-cooler, fast filling the pre-cooled Chinese little greens into a vacuum nylon packaging bag, carrying out modified atmosphere packaging by a CO2-O2-O3-N2 mixed gas, wherein the CO2-O2-O3-N2 mixed gas comprises 5 to 15% of CO2, 1 to 15% of O2, 1 to 5% of O3 and 65 to 5% of N2, putting the Chinese little greens subjected to modified atmosphere packaging into a temperature and humidity constant box having a temperature of 2 to 6 DEG C and humidity of 70 to 80%, and carrying out refrigeration.
