Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a preparation method of water-proof and oil-repellent magnetic SiO2/Fe3O4 composite particles, which comprises the following steps that: FeCl2 . 4H2O, Na2SO3, polyvinylpyrrolidone, and NaOH are dissolved in deionized water to react for 8h to 16h at a temperature of 100 DEG C to 180 DEG C, and Fe3O4 particles are obtained after separating, washing and drying; and the Fe3O4 particles are uniformly dispersed in ethanol, ammonia is added, TEOS (tetraethyl orthosilicate) is added in stirring, the stirring is continuously carried out for 8h to 16h at a temperature of 5 DEG C to 50 DEG C, and the water-proof and oil-repellent magnetic SiO2/Fe3O4 composite particles are obtained after separating, washing and drying.
