The invention relates to an inverted-arch moving die carrier with crossing running gears, which comprises a die carrier main body, a die carrier front axle and a die carrier rear axle. A plurality of crossing running gears are equipped side by side along the longitudinal direction of the die carrier main body. Each crossing running gear comprises a pair of height adjusting mechanisms and a pair of running gears. By means of the height adjusting mechanisms, the die carrier main body can be supported. The height adjusting mechanisms can perform automatic adjustment according to the height requirements of different surrounding rock grades and the requirements of inverted-arch excavation face depths so as to make the inverted-arch moving die carrier basically keep a horizontal gesture during a moving process and easily cross an inverted-arch excavation face.
