Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a preparation method of a semi-aromatic polyamide alloy, which is characterized by comprising the steps of: adding 1000-5000 parts by weight of semi-aromatic polyamide prepolymer, 1-50 parts by weight of catalyst, 50-50000 parts by weight of polymer and 1-10 parts by weight of molecular weight modifier into a reaction extruder; reacting and extruding under the conditions that temperature is 280-330 DEG C, screw rotating speed is 20-200rpm and vacuum degree is 0.04-0.09 MPa; and drawing, cooling and chopping the extruded material to obtain the semi-aromatic polyamide alloy.
