Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a thermal module which comprises an absorber plate, a heat pipe, a fin group, a fan and a function management assembly, wherein the absorber plate is used for being in hot connection with a heating element; the heat pipe comprises an evaporation end connected with the absorber plate and a condensation end connected with the fin group; the evaporation end of the heat pipe is provided with at least two temperature sensors; cooling air flow is provided by the fan and is blown to the fin group; the at least two temperature sensors are used for continuously measuring the temperature at the evaporation end of the heat pipe and transmitting the measured temperature to the function management assembly; and the function management assembly is used for regulating the rotation speed of the fan and/or the heating element according to the measured temperature so as to promote the thermal module to be automatically controlled to the optimal efficacy.
