Through the embodiment of the method disclosed by the invention, the BSC carries out group packet processing on the paging messages from the MSC according to cells or sites, the paging messages subjected to the group packet processing are sent to a base station, the total length of the paging messages and the sending number of the paging messages on paging links are reduced, and the load of down links for issuing the paging messages is effectively reduced. |
