The on-line viscosity monitor comprises a sensing device, a DC (direct current) stabilized power supply and a viscosity table, wherein the sensing device comprises a shell, an end closure, a left semi axle, a right semi axle and a torsional spring; the left and right semi axes are provided with the conical roller bearings and are fixedly arranged on the shell, and the two middle ends of the left and right semi axes are connected by the torsional spring; the right semi axle is provided with a right circular plastic liner, a copper ring and a copper rod; a right end of the copper rod is conducted with the side of the copper ring by a wire; a left end of the copper rod is provided with an elastic binding post I; a roller of the elastic binding post I is in contact with an annular resistor disc; and a tip of the annular resistor disc is conducted with the side of the copper ring on a left circular plastic liner by a wire.
