Grindable polyurethane composite board and manufacture method thereof

The invention relates to a grindable polyurethane composite board which comprises a hard-foam polyurethane thermal insulation layer in the middle layer and polymer cement interface layers arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the hard-foam polyurethane thermal insulation layer, wherein the polymer cement interface layers are directly compounded on the upper surface and the lower surface of the hard-foam polyurethane thermal insulation layer during foaming of the hard-foam polyurethane thermal insulation layer, and the polymer cement interface layers are made of waterproof and fireproof materials which can be directly grinded. The grindable polyurethane composite board can be embellished and grinded in on-wall construction, has excellent waterproof thermal-insulation performance, is prominent in system fireproofing, reduces the requirement for wall surface evenness of foundation building walls, and is convenient to construct.
