The method comprises the following steps of: sending a control instruction to the projector to enable the projector to shoot an image of an object between the projector and a screen in real time; when the shape of the object in the image shot by the projector is the same with the shape of the object of the object shape figure stored in a computer, acquiring coordinates of the pixels of the object in the image shot by the projector in an area of projection, and calculating the average value of the coordinates of the pixels so as to obtain a coordinate of the object on the screen; and generating a double-click or single-click operation in the position corresponding to the coordinate of the object on the screen according to the duration time when the object is on the screen.
