The invention relates to a permanent hard connection device of a floating pumping station. The device comprises a base pipe (1), wherein the base pipe (1) is connected with a water inlet pipe (2) and a water outlet pipe (10). The device is characterized in that one end of the base pipe (1) is connected with a short pipe (11) through a sealing device (6), and the short pipe (11) is connected with the water outlet pipe (10) through a movable adapter (9). The device has the advantages that a rigid movable connection is used, when rise and fall of the water level, the water velocity and the water direction change, the pumping station can be in a level state all the time, and the connection of the pumping station and a shore pipeline network is in a state in which the pumping station and a shore pipeline network rise and fall along with the water level. Compared with the prior art, the device has the advantages of good in adaptability, stable, long in service life and the like.
