The invention discloses a constant-temperature curing epoxy non-stick coating for a papermaking roller. The constant-temperature curing epoxy non-stick coating consists of the following components in percentage by mass: 45 to 49 percent of epoxy resin, 11 to 13 percent of acetone, 4 to 6 percent of molybdenum disulfide, 0.8 to 1.0 percent of coupling agent, 1.3 to 1.5 percent of dispersing agent, 19 to 23 percent of curing agent, 4 to 6 percent of graphite, 4 to 6 percent of chromium sesquioxide, 3 to 5 percent of polytetrafluoroethylene and 0.6 to 0.8 percent of defoamer, wherein the sum of the mass percentage of each component is 100 percent. The non-stick coating is coated on the surface of the papermaking roller to reduce or prevent paper pulp, an aid or the coating from being adhered to the surface of the roller, so that possibility of the breakage of paper sheets is reduced greatly, and the normal production is ensured. In addition, the coating has an effect of preventing the roller from being corroded.
