Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a preparation method of a porous brick. Riverway sludge, shale, construction wastes and a sintering aid are adopted, wherein the sintering aid is silicate or quick lime or a mixture of silicate and quick lime with the particle diameter being below 0.1mm, and the all wastes are crushed, then mixed according to certain proportion, then aged and stirred secondarily, and then the brick is prepared and put into a tunnel kiln to be dried and sintered so as to form the porous brick.
