The present invention provides a closed air purifying and washing device. The washing device comprises an air collecting system, a washing system, a settlement discharge system, a clean air delivery system and an automation control system. The washing system comprises a washing tank, a stirring shaft, a stirring paddle, an inner wall guide plate, a liquid level height equilibrium reflux tank, an air cap, a main motor, a reducer and a liquid turbidity window.
