Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for manufacturing a 3D rear projection screen. A spraying material is sprayed to a transparent or semitransparent medium, and the spraying material comprises the components of optical microparticles and light stabilizing agent. The spraying imaging material comprises 30-38 parts of diluting agent, 40-60 parts of transparent varnish, 30-50 parts of curing agent, 30-40 parts of optical microparticles, 20-30 parts of delustering powder, 5-15 parts of pigment, 10-20 parts of silver powder or metallic paint, 5-15 parts of light stabilizing agent, 5-10 parts of inorganic flame retarding agent and 0.2-3 parts of oxidation inhibiting agent. The spraying method comprises the following steps of: (1) uniformly mixing the imaging material, and pouring the mixed imaging material into a spray can of a spray gun; (2) spraying the imaging material onto a transparent or semitransparent planar, curved or spherical attachment; and (3) forming a thin film 0.8-3 mm thick.
