Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for extracting astaxanthin from Antarctic krill. The method includes adding normal hexane into the Antarctic krill, extracting in a stirring manner and filtering, filtering out residues after the residues are precipitated, repeatedly extracting twice under the same condition, synthesizing thrice and filtering an extract; and rotationally evaporating filtered liquor to remove the normal hexane to obtain krill oil; and extracting the krill oil by acetone, performing a centrifugal process at the speed of 1000 revolutions per minute to obtain dark precipitates and red supernate, repeatedly performing centrifugal processes for 3-5 times until the supernate is transparent, rotationally evaporating the supernate to remove the acetone to obtain red solid which is a sample containing the astaxanthin.
