The normalized acid-resistant pipeline steel X52NS hot rolled plate coil comprises 0.02-0.06wt% of carbon, 0.10-0.35wt% of silicon, 1.0-1.4wt% of manganese, no more than 0.018wt% of phosphorus, no more than 0.003wt% of sulphur, 0-0.50wt% of chromium, 0.005-0.10wt% of titanium, 0.005-0.10wt% of niobium, 0.005-0.05wt% of vanadium, 0-0.30wt% of nickel, 0-0.30wt% of copper and the balance ferrum and unavoidable trace impurities. According to the normalized acid-resistant pipeline steel X52NS hot rolled plate coil and the producing method thereof, the coil can maintain good mechanics performance, hydrogen induced cracking (HIC) resistant performance and sulfide stress corrosion cracking (SSCC) resistant performance after being subjected to a normalization process.
