Zusammenfassung:	Provided are a peptide, a use of the peptide, a method for the production of the peptide, a solid support having the peptide immobilized thereon, and a method for production of the solid support. The method for producing a peptide of the present invention includes that a solution containing a (a) denatured peptide having an amino acid sequence expressing a specific adsorption function to a solid phase and an inclusion body state, (b) a denaturizing agent, and (c) an impurity is brought into contact with a surface of the solid phase to allow the peptide to directly adsorb to the surface of the solid phase to reconstruct stereo struction of the denatured peptide.
