The energy-saving brake pump further comprises a positioning shaft and a potentiometer, wherein a pedal is articulated above the master brake valve; a dustproof sleeve is connected between the pedal and the master brake valve; a middle pedal is arranged under the pedal; and an adjusting screw is arranged on the middle pedal. The energy-saving brake pump is high in energy recovery, good in effect and reliable in performance; as a result, the riding comfort of the electric automobile is enhanced and the service life of a mechanical brake element is prolonged.
