Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a precise casing and shell-manufacturing method for sodium silicate, which specifically comprises the following steps of: configuring and using a hardening agent by the following components by weight: 18-20 parts of ammonium chloride, 3-5 parts of hydrochloric acid and 100 parts of water; firstly, putting 100 parts of water into a hardening pool; then putting 18-20 parts of ammonium chloride powder into water; after the ammonium chloride powder is fully dissolved, slowly injecting weighed 3-5 parts of hydrochloric acid; in the hydrochloric acid injection process, monitoring the current intensity of the solution by a hardening status instrument; when the current reaches 150 milliamperes, stopping injecting into the hardening pool; and then, hardening a casting shell into the hardening pool to finish shell manufacture. According to the precise casing and shell-manufacturing method for sodium silicate, ammonia generated in the shell manufacture process can be fully utilized to improve the
