Zusammenfassung: | A flame gunning technique is a technique method for spraying and mending a lining of a steel refining furnace. The spraying method comprises the steps: heating fire-resistant powder in a material tank to 700-1500 DEG C at the material tank body rotation speed of 0-20 turns/min; connecting the discharge port of the material tank, O2, argon and C2H2 with the tail of a spray gun, and opening the O2, C2H2 and a discharging valve; and sintering the fire-resistant powder into a smelting state by utilizing a focused flame belt of 2500 DEG C, and then spraying. The mending method is basically identical to the operation of the spraying method and specially comprises the steps of: before opening the discharging valve, melting slag on the surface of a part corroded by molten steel by utilizing the focused high temperature of 2500 DEG C and then sintering a cross-shaped groove; and then opening the discharging valve for mending. The fire-resistant powder for flame gunning does not contain water, thus improving the densit |
