Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an air-conditioning device for a vehicle. A composite type heat exchanger (13) comprises a first heat exchange part (131) enabling a refrigerant and blowing air to conduct heat exchange, and a second heat exchange part (132) enabling cooling water of an engine and blowing air to conduct heat exchange. The composite type heat exchanger (13) is integrated in a manner of achieving heat movement between spraying refrigerant flowing through the first heat exchange part (131) and cooling water flowing through the second heat exchange part (132). Through adjusting at least one of the refrigerant spraying amount with the refrigerant spraying from a compressor (11) of the first heat exchange part (131), the amount of cooling water flowing into the second heat exchange part (132), and the amount of air blowing towards the composite type heat exchanger (13), the heat exchange among the blowing air of the composite type heat exchanger (13), the spraying refrigerant and the cooling water can be appr
