The modified electrode disclosed by the invention comprises an electrode substrate and a phthalocyanine polymer layer arranged on the electrode substrate. The invention also discloses a modified electrode which comprises an electrode substrate and a coating arranged on the electrode substrate, wherein the coating comprises a layer containing carbon nano-tubes and a layer containing metal phthalocyanines, or comprises a layer of a mixture containing carbon nano-tubes and metal phthalocyanines.
