Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for improving the strength of a work piece formed by reforming austenitic stainless steel. The punched austenitic stainless steel is subjected to stress relief heat treatment by a primary air furnace; and the stress relief temperature is lower than a solution treatment temperature. After the stress relief heat treatment, the elongation coefficient of materials is not obviously changed, and the yield strength and the fatigue strength are improved. With the adoption of the technical scheme, the temperature for eliminating the stress of chromium and nickel austenite steel work pieces is low, the oxidization deformation degree of the work piece is small, and grains of the materials do not grow big. Meanwhile, the sensitivity of the steel to the stress corrosion is eliminated and the hardness of the work piece is better controlled; and residual stress is guaranteed not to be released in a use process of the work piece and plastic deformation does not occur.
