Method for amplifying and detecting of small system of DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) of medicolegal bio-testing materials

The invention provides a method for amplifying and detecting of small system of DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) of medicolegal bio-testing materials, comprising the following steps: (1) amplifying the DNA: putting a DNA template, an amplifying reagent and paraffin oil in an orifice plate used for amplifying, centrifuging and amplifying on a device for amplification for PCR (polymerase chain reaction); and (2) detecting the samples: putting the product of amplification in the orifice plate, adding formamide and an internal-standard mixture, centrifuging and detecting on a DNA analyzer. The verification proves that the method can adopt the apparatus commonly used in the DNA laboratory at present to manually detect or automatically detect through a DNA workstation and can reach the minimum 1microlitre amplification system detection level. The amplification detection cost of the method is reduced by more than 75% compared with the amplification detection cost of other methods used at present.
