Rotary sprue insert

The invention relates to a rotary sprue insert. The rotary sprue insert comprises a rotary insert, glass beads and springs; two round nests are arranged at the surface of a fixed table of the rotary insert along vertical direction; the center of the rotary insert is provided with a through hole; the top end of the rotary insert is provided with an inner hexagon hole communicated with the through hole; a groove passing through the surface of the rotary insert is arranged in the inner hexagon hole; and the glass beads are arranged in the round nests and are fixed in a mold by the springs. The rotary sprue insert has the advantages that the design is novel; the work is stable, the structure is compact; the processing is convenient; under the premise of guaranteeing the precision of a molded part, the sprue insert can be conveniently replaced; the purpose of conveniently producing two different products can be achieved, the production cycle is shortened; the processing cost is reduced; and the safety is improved.
