Zusammenfassung:	A preparation method of an antibacterial agent used for a common surgery suture comprises the steps of the purification of a montmorillonite carrier, and the preparation of the antibacterial agent. The antibacterial agent uses the montmorillonite as the carrier and silver nitrate as a precursor. Through the cation exchange that interlayer Na+ is replaced with metallic ions with an antibacterial property, the montmorillonite is prepared into the antibacterial agent which is used for the common surgery suture and has an antibiosis rate of 99.99% for Gram-negative escherichia coli and Gram-positive staphylococcus aureus. The preparation method of invention has the advantages that the preparation method is simple, the production cost is low, the reaction condition is controllable, etc.
