Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a power off memory circuit for a full-automatic impeller type washing machine. The power off memory circuit comprises a micro controller unit (MCU), wherein the input end of the MCU is connected with the output end of a detection circuit; a power supply circuit supplies power to the detection circuit and the MCU; and a FLASH memory is arranged in the MCU. The invention also discloses a power off memory method for the full-automatic impeller type washing machine. According to the power off memory circuit, a power supply signal is detected by the detection circuit and then is processed by the MCU; and after a user starts the washing machine, the washing machine can finish programs automatically if the power fails and then resumes, and the phenomenon that the washing machine is stopped due to abnormal condition of a power supply, so that the intelligent degree of the washing machine is improved, the washing efficiency of the washing machine is also improved indirectly, and the washing ma
