When the activities of the alkaline phosphatase and the acidic phosphatase of the unfertilized eggs of the scophthalmus maximus are respectively 2.18+/-0.48 U/gprot and 70.87+/-9.74 U/gprot, and when the activities of the alkaline phosphatase and the acidic phosphatase of the ovarian liquid are respectively 50.78+/-15.58 U/gprot and 24.53+/-7.47 U/gprot, the quality of the eggs accords with the production requirements. According to the method disclosed by the invention, two important enzymes participating in energy metabolism of the eggs and the ovarian liquid in the different egg laying periods are detected, and the identification of the fertility rate, the hatching rate and the fish fry deformity rate is combined, so that the influences of external environment |
