The plate sheet is prepared by two parts of modified phenolic aldehyde and graphite, the modified phenolic resin is prepared by phenolic resin, epoxy resin, chemigum, polyvinyl butyral, petroleum sulfonic acid, a T31 reagent, glass fiber and absolute alcohol, the modified phenolic resin and graphite are kneaded, extruded, crushed, molded and solidified to prepare the plate sheet of the modified phenolic aldehyde-graphite plate type heat exchanger.
