Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a method for preparation of siloxane modified thermoplastic polyester elastomer. The siloxane modified thermoplastic polyester elastomer is composed of about 30-39 parts of polyether soft segments (B), 60 parts of polyester hard segments (A) and 1-10 parts of organic silicon blocks (C). Compared with the prior art, the modified thermoplastic polyester elastomer has the advantage that excellent heat resistance and flexibility can be achieved under the condition that the quantity of added siloxane has no influences on the mechanical performance of elastomer polymer.
