Blueberry and blackberry dry powder or anthocyanin of blueberry and blackberry extracts are used as antioxidants to be added into kiwi fruit or flax seed oil, the mixtures are treated by a colloid mill or a homogenizer, and then, the soft capsule is prepared by a dropping method. The oxidation resistance performance of the anthocyanin in the blueberries and the blackberries can be used for improving the storage resistance performance of the unsaturation degree grease, various kinds of nutrient substances can be integrated, the food with high nutritional function is made, and the market prospects are good.
