Input/output (I/O) communication interface module and communication method thereof

The invention discloses an input/output (I/O) communication interface module and a communication method thereof. The I/O communication interface module comprises a microprogrammed control unit (MCU) chip, four data input circuits, one data output circuit and one time sequence control circuit, wherein communication data is input into the MCU chip by the four data input circuits; the time sequence control circuit is connected with the MCU chip; a processed communication signal is output by the MCU chip through the data output circuit; and all the data input circuits, the data output circuit and the time sequence control circuit are photoelectric coupling circuits. The I/O communication interface module can perform efficient and quick data transmission communication under the condition of a limited I/O interface number.
