| Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for monitoring dye-uptake of reactive dyes on line. The method comprises the following steps: (1) an on-line dye-uptake detection device consisting of a spectrophotometer, a flow cell cuvette, a dye liquor pump, a dye liquor cooler and a data collecting/processing computer is adopted; and (2) the above automatic device is utilized to real-timely obtain the dye-uptake of the reactive dyes by adopting a blank dyeing comparison method. The method provided by the invention is visual and simple, is easy to operate, has higher reliability and is suitable for being used in laboratories and industrial production. |
