Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to an ingot blank machining method and adopts a push-rod furnace vertical material distribution machining method for ingot blanks. A push-rod furnace is provided with a hydraulic feeding push rod 1, a push-rod furnace feeding port furnace door 3, a furnace body 4, a smoke exhaust flue pipe 5, a push-rod discharging port furnace door 6 and material pad track grooves 9. The two material pad track grooves 9 are arranged parallelly, material pads 8 are arranged in the material pad track grooves 9, and cuboid-shaped copper ingot blanks 7 are arranged on the material pads 8 vertically. By means of the machining method, contact area between the copper ingot blanks and the material pads is reduced, effects of material pad impurities on the surfaces of the material pads are reduced, charge amount of the furnace is also increased, and production efficiency is improved. |
