Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an alpha 1,2-fucosyltransferase gene silenced somatic cloning pig, as well a production method and an application thereof. A RNAi (ribonucleic acid interfere) lentiviral expression vector is constructed aims to a alpha 1,2-fucosyltransferase gene of a pig, after a lentivirus particle is packaged, a pig embryonic fibroblast is infected, and a cloning pig is produced by using a transgene cell as a donor cell, wherein a RNAi ribonucleic acid sequence of the alpha 1,2-fucosyltransferase gene is integrated in a genome, so that a foundation is established in further studying functions of the gene and culturing new varieties capable of resisting newborn pig diarrhea and hydropsy pigs.
