Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the field of preparation of recombinant protein, and particularly discloses a process for preparing recombinant LD78beta protein. A recombinant gene EK-LD78beta of the recombinant LD78beta protein is artificially synthesized and expressed by using a gene engineering method, and the sequence of the recombinant gene is inserted into a carrier and converted into a host cell. The recombinant LD78beta protein is obtained by the steps of fermentation, separation, digestion, purification and the like. The preparation method is safe and simple to operate and has high product specificity and is beneficial for large-scale production of the LD78beta protein.
