The brewing method of the grape wine uses the frozen grapes to brew the grape wine, so that the problem that the processing of the grapes is limited due to the poor storability of the grapes is effectively solved; and the grape wine prepared by the brewing method not only has mellow taste but also ensures economic benefits of a producing enterprise.
