Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a 3-oxaacridine-1-one compound and a preparation method for the compound. The structure formula of the compound is shown in the description, wherein R1, R2 and R3 is at least one of H, CH3, CH2CH3, OCH3, OCH2CH3, Cl, Br, NO2 and phenyl respectively, or R1 and R2 form a benzo[h] substituent, or R2 and R3 form a methylenedioxy substituent, and R4 is at least one of CH3, CH2CH3, OCH3, OCH2CH3, Cl, Br, NO2 and phenyl. The preparation method comprises the steps of using ethyl 2-(chloromethyl) quinoline-3-carboxylate compound, ethyl glycolate and sodium ethoxide as raw materials to react with benzene and methylbenzene solution respectively; then conducting dehydroxylation in HCl solution to obtain the target product. The method has the advantages of simple operation, high yield and low production cost and raw materials cost.
