Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for synthesizing 1-substituted phenyl-4-ethoxycarbonyl-5-prolyl-1,2,3-triazole, which relates to the field of organic synthesis. The preparation method comprises the steps as follows: proline and thionyl chloride are taken and dissolved in a solvent, and reaction along with stirring is performed at the temperature ranging from 20 to 25 DEG C; excess thionyl chloride is removed, then 1-substituted phenyl-4-ethoxycarbonyl-5-amino-1,2,3-triazole and alkali are added, and stirring is carried out for 3 to 5 hours under the temperature ranging from 20 to 25 DEG C; and in addition, the temperature of the reaction mixture is reduced to separate deposits, the deposits are filtered, and filter residues are taken to be washed through water and are processed through vacuum drying, so as to obtain 1-substituted phenyl-4-ethoxycarbonyl-5-prolyl-1,2,3-triazole.
