Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of laser welding and discloses a circuit-board welding based welding method which comprises the following steps: (A) adjusting the movement direction of a trajectory running mechanism by using an image tracking system; (B) preheating by using a laser source; (C) feeding wires by a wire feeding mechanism; and (D) carrying out laser welding. The invention has the advantages that: (1) the influence to the performance of the temperature-sensitive device can be avoided by using the characteristic of energy concentration of laser, (2) the disadvantage that the components used for wave welding must be soaked into liquid welding flux is overcome by using the characteristic of non-contact welding of laser; and (3) the disadvantages that the welding space is narrow and the electric iron (contact welding) can not be touched are overcome by using the characteristic of non-contact welding of laser.
